Store Policy

We ship orders 1-2 business days (not including weekends) from when orders are placed.

Only one coupon allowed per order.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as it has not been shipped.  

Address Changes

Address changes are handled on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order

Missing Items or Undelivered Orders

Please contact us at info@handecloth.com and provide your order number to get a report started. 

Returns 

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unused and unwashed. Buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit unless otherwise specified.
